Where Our Cars Come From
Where does Radford-Taylor Automotive source vehicles?
We carefully source and handpick vehicles from across Australia. Most come from private sellers, fleet providers, finance companies, and franchised dealerships.
Are your vehicles new or used?
We only sell quality used vehicles. Each car is professionally detailed, work-shopped and roadworthy inspected before delivery.
Where are your vehicles located?
All of our stock is located at our main facility in Burleigh Heads, Queensland.
Do you ever buy vehicles from interstate?
Yes. To ensure we offer only the best vehicles, we source vehicles Australia wide.
Are there any vehicles you won’t sell?
Yes. We will never sell a vehicle that has been written off or has been involved in a major accident. All vehicles are free of any financial encumbrances before being offered for sale. If there's ever a question mark on a vehicles history, we wont offer it for sale.

Do you check for manufacturer recalls?
Yes. We check all vehicles against official recall notices.
If any action is required, repairs are completed before sale by authorised service providers.
Although it is the car manufacturer’s duty to notify owners about any recalls, we encourage all customers to stay up to date.

Is finance owing on the cars for sale?
No. Every vehicle is sold with clear title — meaning no outstanding finance is attached.
Reconditioning & Servicing
Do you service the vehicles before selling them?
If a vehicle is due for a service based on manufacturer guidelines, we ensure it’s completed prior to sale.
Do you carry out repairs or cosmetic work?
Yes. Vehicles go through a reconditioning process. Mechanical issues are addressed, and we restore exterior condition as needed. Any minor imperfections not repaired will be clearly communicated to buyers.
What parts and fluids do you use?
We only use premium oils and lubricants suitable for the specific car, and all mechanical work is performed to manufacturer standards by licensed mechanics.
What about tyres and brakes?
We replace tyres in matching pairs if tread depth is below legal limits or if there's any damage. Brake pads and discs are checked for wear and replaced when necessary.
What’s Included With Your Car
How many keys will I receive?
Most vehicles come with two keys. The exact number is listed in each car’s listing.
Will the car come with fuel?
Yes, we'll make sure you've got plenty of fuel to drive your new car home.
Do you provide logbooks and service history?
Yes. All our vehicles come with logbooks and service records. Digital history is also verified where applicable.
Warranty & Coverage
Is warranty included?
Yes. Most of our vehicles for sale will still be under manufacturer warranty. If it isnt, it'll be covered with a minimum 3-month or 5,000 km warranty (whichever comes first). This is subject to being less then 10 years old and within 160,000km.
Can I purchase additional coverage?
We offer optional mechanical protection plans with nationwide roadside assistance. Plans range from 1 to 5 years and include coverage for servicing, mechanical breakdowns, towing, and more.
How do I make a claim?
If you're covered under our protection plan, claiming is simple. Contact our customer service team, and we’ll assist you through the process.
